1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilli asia website at jilliasia.click, its mobile interface, all associated services, promotions, and games (collectively, the "Platform"). • Once a bet is confirmed and the round or event has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn unless jilli asia explicitly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market.
• Jilli asia reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error (e.g., a clearly inverted score, system error, or obvious pricing mistake). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

The vast majority of disputes raised by Filipino players are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.

Jilli asia's decision following a formal compliance review is final and binding except where a player exercises any statutory rights available under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
